There are tons of fish out there that can prevent a lot of breakouts, but salmon is one of the best.  Why do you think that salmon can prevent breakouts when it is a fatty fish?  Well, that’s the reason!  Fish is a fantastic source of essential fatty acids, especially salmon, as it is packed with omega-3 and omega-6!  This incredible fish can actually help reduce a lot of acid in your body along with a lot of the inflammation, which can clog up your pores and cause acne.


Avocado is another fruit that has been popping up everywhere, but did you know that it’s a fantastic fruit for your skin?  It’s all because it is packed with good fats and that can naturally help moisturize your skin.  Avocados are filled with Vitamin E and C, which in turn can help cut down on the inflammation on your skin and will keep it looking oh-so-plump and healthy looking.



I had no idea that artichokes are another great food that prevents breakouts!  This incredible veggie is packed with anti-oxidants and is full of Vitamin C, which in turn will help remove a lot of the toxins from your body.  This will help your pores stay open and help you get rid of some of those blackheads that you have! 



If you’ve never, ever had fennel, now is the time to start incorporating it into your diet!  Fennel is a natural skin cleanser and it can also help flush out any and all toxins from your skin!  If you have skin that swells a little or you retain a lot of water, this is the little veggie that will help you out!  It’s a vegetable that flushes out the excess fluids in your body and really helps ensure that your skin looks amazing!


Red Grapes

You are probably wondering why all grapes aren’t on here – well, just red grapes are the ones that help your skin and prevent breakouts!  This fruit (and yes, the seed – you gotta eat that too!) are packed with anti-oxidants and have actually been shown to treat inflammatory skin conditions, such as eczema and psoriasis.  Give it a try girlfriends and let me know how it works!
